How to run a successful email campaign?

Goals

As with all online campaigns, you need to set goals, what you want to achieve with an email campaign. To send emails, you need to make valid contact lists. You can have one or more contact lists. You can segment contact lists by products, group of products or services you offer, by countries in which you operate and the like.

 

Email marketing provider

To send emails to clients and users, you need to choose the appropriate Email Marketing provider. There are a number of providers and the advice is to choose the one that best suits your needs. They differ in price, design options, a limit on how many contacts you can put on the platform, how many emails you can send per day, and more.

Email design

Email is designed directly in the platform you have chosen. The options offered differ in terms of design. Somewhere you are free to choose where which element you want to be located, somewhere you are very limited with options, and most providers offer drag & drop option.

Before the design itself, it is necessary to choose an adequate Subject. Header, the first part of the email is one of the most important elements and should draw the attention of the user to whom you are sending the email. The design and elements should not be exaggerated, focus on the goal of your campaign (if the goal is to get the user to sign up for the action, place a button just below the introductory sentence and at the end of the email). Be guided by the method ,,keep it simple''. Leave your contact information, information about your company in the email footer.
